“I am passionate about making a positive impact in the community where I grew up, and I believe that serving as a member of parliament will enable me to do just that,” she says.

If elected, Chakale promises to work tirelessly to address the pressing issues facing her constituency, including access to quality education, healthcare, and economic empowerment.

She says:”My homecoming is not just a political move, but a genuine attempt to give back to my community and make a lasting difference.”

Chakale’s commitment to her community is evident in her dedication to fostering positive change and progress.

She brings a wealth of experience to the table, having previously served as the vice president for the central region of the Democratic Progressive Party (DPP).

In November last year, she rejoined the MCP, citing a desire to work with the party’s vision and that of President Lazarus Chakwera.
